Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Times

Specialty or Custom Items: 7–21 business days
High-Demand Periods: May experience additional delays

Because items may ship directly from different warehouses or manufacturers, you may receive multiple packages for a single order.

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement
Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability depends on supplier capabilities. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
